Our kit is comprised of a variety of face paint and glitter, including TAG, Global Art, Superstar, and Festival Glitter. All paints are either FDA-ingredient-approved or tested for safe use on the skin, and all glitter is nontoxic and cosmetic-grade. Our adhesives are medical-grade and contain no latex. If you have any concerns about ingredients, please let us know and we will be more than happy to provide an MSDS sheet.

Our paints are water-activated for ease of removal, so avoiding moisture (i.e. water, sweat) will keep your art looking better for longer. Avoid touching or rubbing gem clusters to prevent them from falling off.

Baby wipes may cause irritation of the skin due to the rubbing motion and chemicals involved, and are NOT recommended. The most effective way for removal is to take a gentle liquid or lathered face wash and work it into the skin in circular motions. Use a soft cloth or face sponge to wipe off the paint and soap. For extra-pigmented colors and glitter clusters, we recommend applying moisturizing lotion or oil (olive, jojoba, coconut) and allowing to sit for 15-30 minutes, then lathering and rinsing as instructed above.

Although our materials are of the highest quality and hypoallergenic, the risk for an allergic reaction still exists. Typically, reactions occur within seconds or minutes of application, in which case, we will use an organic cleanser to remove the service. To minimize any irritation upon removal, please avoid using harsh cleaners or scrubs and DO NOT sleep in the makeup. Follow removal instructions listed above and allow any staining twenty-four hours to resolve itself. Those with known skin sensitivities are urged to ask our artist to administer a patch test prior to being serviced. Please feel free to message us with any additional concerns.
